what is human rights ?

To have human rights, means to be entitled to do whatever he wants to do and to say whatever he wants to say, as long as this does not intervene others to execute their human rights. Every law should be made in accordance with this statement. Otherwise, the law is bad and has no legal status. A state exists only to make sure that every one enjoys his rights.
